Bent Inn – Lounge & Bar is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Maintenance Worker to help keep our property in top shape! This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of our building, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all our guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and HVAC troubleshooting.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with basic pool maintenance, landscaping, outdoor upkeep, and minor groundskeeping as needed.
• Respond to maintenance requests from management and staff in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and report any hazards or concerns.
• Assist with special projects, renovations, or seasonal maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a similar role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general building repairs.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights & holidays if needed.
