Responsibilities:

Social Media & Marketing:

   * Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to build brand awareness, attract followers, and drive bookings.

   * Create compelling and visually appealing content, including photos, videos, and written posts, that reflects our brand voice and target audience.

   * Manage social media calendars, monitor engagement, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

   * Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, online advertising, and partnerships.

   * Track and analyze marketing performance to identify trends and optimize strategies.

 Events Coordination:

   * Conceptualize, plan, and execute a diverse range of events that appeal to our target audience, including themed parties, social gatherings, holiday celebrations, and collaborations.

   * Manage all logistical aspects of events, including vendor selection, budgeting, scheduling, promotion, setup, and teardown.

   * Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., food & beverage, operations) to ensure seamless event execution.

   * Act as the on-site point of contact for events, ensuring a positive guest experience.

 Group Sales:

   * Proactively identify and pursue group sales opportunities (e.g., LGBTQ+ organizations, tour groups, special events).

   * Develop and present compelling proposals and packages to potential group clients.

   * Build and maintain strong relationships with group organizers and ensure smooth booking and event execution.

   * Track and report on group sales efforts and results.

 Lounge Entertainment:

   * Curate and schedule engaging entertainment for the hotel lounge, such as DJs, live music, drag performances, and other unique acts that resonate with our clientele.

   * Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with performers and entertainment vendors.

   * Develop promotional materials for lounge entertainment and ensure effective communication across marketing channels.

   * Stay up-to-date on local entertainment trends and identify opportunities to enhance the lounge experience.

Qualifications:

 * Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in marketing, event planning, and/or entertainment coordination, preferably within the hospitality or LGBTQ+ focused industry.

*Self-starter, with the ability to set realistic deadlines and work within a project management tool. ClickUp experience a plus.

 * Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices, with a track record of creating engaging content and growing online presence.

 * Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

 * Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for developing unique and memorable experiences.

 * Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

 * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

 * Knowledge of the Las Vegas entertainment and LGBTQ+ scene is a significant advantage.

 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Buffer, GoDaddy Website Builder and social media management tools

 * Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by events and entertainment schedules.
